Welcome to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Volunteer Battalion/Association web site. We offer a robust training environment and the opportunity to gain first hand experience in the fire service. New members, both certified and non-certified are always welcome. Our members participate in many functions, including fire suppression, public safety, fire investigations, and much more.Volunteer members operate under the direction of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR) administration and officers.

Unlike traditional Volunteer Fire Departments, we are not the first units to respond to calls, nor are we used in place of any career firefighters. We respond supplemental apparatus and personnel as required by PBCFR. New members are always welcome.
